For 17 years we have earned a worldwide reputation in Long & Short term dog training and holistic canine health. People from all over the world trust our style of boarding. We now offer a beautiful combination of canine enrichment, holistic diet program and balanced dog training. This combination when used in board and train has been transformative for many dogs and families. We began offering dog training to help diversify revenue to continue our discounted long-term program for military deployed and families in transition. Over the past year and half, we’ve developed into a full-service board and train facility.
What makes Dancing Creek Farm truly unique is that we are a pack style boarding facility. There are distractions and lots of enrichment. Dogs are never placed in crates for most of the stay. They receive a lot more than just dog training. They enjoy nice climate controlled cabins, their own play area, lots of play and exercise. We believe dogs SHOULD be fully enriched on every level as well as good balanced dog training.
We do not have concrete runs. We do not keep dogs in crates other than to feed them or train them to be comfortable in a crate when needed. This truly is a DIFFERENT style of boarding and training. Dogs have a chance to not only learn new manners but enjoy our healthy diet plan.
We offer dog training for dogs of all ages- young and old, however we recommend dogs 5 months and older.
SO, WHAT IS BALANCED DOG TRAINING?
In its simplest form, Balanced Dog Training refers to any approach to dog training or behavior modification which involves the use of both reward-based techniques, and aversive consequences. In other words, the trainer shows the dog that their choices and behaviors can result in either pleasant or unpleasant results.
We are affordable. We recommend 4 week board and train so we can give your dog time to play, bond with trainer and staff. We feel this is very important.

Our program is successful offering enrichment, good exercise and healthy diet. Once your dog checks in your added to a WhatsApp group with our trainer and team. Throughout the week you get updates and videos. You learn during the dialogue. At check out the trainer spends time going over commands and how to properly use the tools. Once home you can contact us on WhatsApp to ask questions and troubleshoot and issues you might have, We are always available to support you

We have several types of programs:
4 – Week Board and Train
We feel that 4 weeks is a great amount of time. It gives your dog a chance to settle, meet the staff, bond with the trainer. We are affordable but we offer so much. Lots of love and enrichment. Your dog will not be in a crate all day and night. Your dog stays in one of our cabins. The trainer works with your dog 4 days a week & has assistant handlers do enrichment, assigned task and routines. Basics- sit, stay, rest, down, place, housebreaking guidance, socialization, jumping, barking, nipping. $3000.00 (This includes boarding, training and a holistic diet. E Collar 200.00. This training includes off leash. $2500.00 each additional dog, same family, shared cabin.
4 – Week Board and Train Private Cabin- Unsocial
If your dog can’t share a cabin with other dogs or is working on any fear issues. This includes biting, leash aggression, dog aggression. This program could involve E Collar. The cost of the E Collar (we only use the best!) 200.00 – An additional quick release training collar is required at 35.00. Both of these tools go home with the owner and all training packages include a free one hour consult at pick up to show you how to properly use the commands and tools.$3500.00 first dog $3000.00 additional dogs same family
2 Week Board and Train
This covers only basic obedience – Heel, sit, place and stay. Its perfect for dogs that only need basic manners or to brush up on manners. 2000.00 per dog
2 week board and train does not cover recall. If you’ve already trained with us in the past we will refresh on recall and more.

Dog Training During Long Term Boarding
We offer a big discount for dogs signed up for Long Term Boarding (3 months and longer)
To get these rates they must be in training during the length of their stay or at least for three months. $750.00 for the first dog monthly and $650.00 for additional dogs, same family, same cabin. This fee is added to long term boarding rates. It’s a separate charge.
Dogs that are fearful, have separation anxiety and just need more help, we recommend long term board and train. We have the magic to turn it around.
We do offer a discount on private cabin if you sign up to also add training
1850.00 per month for both boarding and training 3 months $5550.00
This is and great price for 12 weeks of training. Discounts for multiple dogs in the same family,
Ask about our Rescue Package – From the shelter to the farm to decompress, train and get them in tip top shape. This is such an wonderful program for rescues.
Reactive or Special Training during long term please email me for a quote. We do not accept human aggressive dogs, however I’m happy to give you a referral.
Group Training Classes at The Farm
Group classes are an affordable way to learn basic dog training with your dog. Learn how to properly walk your dog on a leash, sit, and no jumping. Do E Collars Hurt Your Dog?
Actually, e–collars are much the same as a tens unit that us humans use frequently for physical therapy. There is no harm done to your dog. Every owner we train with has to first put the collar on themselves to feel what it’s like. E-Collars should be used by a professional FIRST and then the trainer can effectively and safely train the owner on the proper use of E-Collar.
