If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. Dancing Creek Farm provides dog boarding and training services. When you book our services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
You also agree to ensure that your dog is up-to-date with vaccinations and to inform us of any medical conditions, dietary needs, or behavioral issues. Bookings are subject to availability and require a deposit to confirm. Full payment must be made before the service begins. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated during the booking process. Cancellations made more than 3 days before the service start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days will incur a fee, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 10 days of the service start date.
While we strive to provide the best care for your dog, Dancing Creek Farm is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss of life of your dog during their stay. We are also not responsible for any damage or loss of personal items. We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We may update our Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the new Policy will be effective immediately.
